Accommodation for a specific date or period
Accommodation booked for a specific date or period is excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Article 103(l) of Spain's consumer law, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, and Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This applies to hotel rooms and to other accommodation booked on this website for dates you choose. For these bookings no 14-day withdrawal period applies, and for that reason no model withdrawal form is offered: a form would suggest a right that does not exist for this supply.
What you can do instead
Your offer and confirmation state your rate, its cancellation deadline in Europe/Madrid time and any amount due on cancellation, no-show or early departure. You can cancel or ask for a change as that rate allows by writing to mallorcaboutiquehotel@vilador.es, giving the hotel name, your booking reference and the dates; see the Cancellation, no-show and refunds document. That a stay has no withdrawal right does not make every rate non-refundable and does not remove your remedies if the stay is not provided as contracted.
Other supplies
If a supply that is not dated accommodation is offered on this website and a withdrawal right applies to it, the offer says so before payment. You can then withdraw within 14 days of the contract by any clear statement sent to mallorcaboutiquehotel@vilador.es or to the postal address above; a model form is optional. Where you ask for the service to begin during that period, only the proportionate amount for what has been supplied is payable if you withdraw. Where no withdrawal right applies, the offer states the exception that applies.
Refunds and mandatory rights
A refund that is due is returned through the original payment method without undue delay and without a fee. Your rights for non-performance or non-conforming supply, for duplicate or incorrect charges, to complain and to go to the courts of your place of habitual residence where applicable, and every other mandatory consumer right, are not affected by this page.
